    Aerotek is Hiring Semiconductor Manufacturing Technicians

    **Location:** Allentown, PA

    A high-tech semiconductor facility in Allentown is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join its production team. As a **Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician** , you’ll be directly involved in the fabrication of microchips and electronic components that power everything from computers to communication systems. This is a hands-on role in a precision-driven environment where quality and innovation are key.

    Pay & Schedule

    + **Hourly Rate:** $22–$28 (based on experience)

    + **Shifts Available:**

    + Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    + **Overtime** : Regular and guaranteed

    Core Responsibilities

    + Operate semiconductor fabrication equipment and tools

    + Perform critical processes such as photolithography, etching, and wafer cleaning

    + Monitor and adjust automated systems to ensure consistent production quality

    + Inspect silicon wafers and microelectronic components using microscopes and precision instruments

    + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet output goals

    + Maintain documentation and follow strict manufacturing protocols

    Qualifications

    _Required:_

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

    + Willingness to learn and grow in a technical, fast-paced environment

    _Preferred:_

    + Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing

    + Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and equipment

    + Comfortable using microscopes and working with small components

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
