    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate advanced semiconductor-processing equipment

    + Perform photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and related processes

    + Set up and maintain manual and computer-controlled machinery

    + Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components

    + Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

    + Experience using microscopes and strong manual dexterity

    + Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

    Preferred Experience

    + Cleanroom manufacturing background

    + Electronics assembly experience

    + Familiarity with semiconductor processes and computer systems

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
