Job Title: Assembly Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Maintenance Technician where you will be instrumental in performing preventative maintenance on automated plastics assembly equipment. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and independently repairing machinery.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance on hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
+ Run cost reports to ensure equipment repairs are within budget.
+ Work primarily on the 3rd shift in a direct placement capacity.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting is required.
+ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
+ Reliability and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical degree is a plus.
+ Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment with a team of over 40 maintenance technicians. Shift work includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with the potential to train on any shift initially. Enjoy shift differentials of $1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and an additional $1.00 for weekend work. The work schedule is flexible, with slight variations in start times to accommodate pass down activities.

This is a Permanent position based out of Grandview, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.
