Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support SAP S/4HANA ERP initiatives across the enterprise. This individual contributor role bridges Finance and IT, ensuring that financial processes are effectively represented, optimized, and supported within SAP. The ideal candidate will bring strong finance and accounting expertise, project management skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement and harmonization of financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as a Finance subject matter expert (SME) on SAP S/4HANA-related projects and enterprise initiatives.
+ Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure finance requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
+ Support the development and execution of the Finance transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
+ Evaluate new SAP capabilities and enhancements for potential adoption across finance functions.
+ Maintain strong working relationships with finance leaders and subject matter experts to align on priorities and deliverables.
+ Partner with IT teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP-related projects, including testing, training, and change management support.
+ Provide input on documentation, training materials, and user support strategies to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
+ Lead working sessions and meetings with stakeholders and partners
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years in ERP/finance systems delivery; cross‑functional coordination experience;
+ 4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous consulting experience.
+ Proven experience of analytical and critical thinking with the ability to navigate complex systems.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and support change initiatives.
+ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes.
Education
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or relevant field is required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
