    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits from the first day.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with team members in a physical role, requiring consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

    + Assist in lifting products, ensuring that no more than 40 pounds are lifted individually.

    + Read tape measures accurately, utilize tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

    + Support operators by checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators are met.

    + Work from a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions to lay out final products and perform final assembly.

    + Use computers to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes as required.

    + Inspect products to ensure quality, work with blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders.

    + Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    + Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting.

    + At least one year of machine operating experience.

    + Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in trade school, automotive, or assembly.

    + Ability to read blueprints.

    Work Environment

     

    Our work environment is fast-paced and organized, with a clean and well-lit production floor. Shifts are structured as follows: IMC Assembly operates from 6:00am to 2:15pm, 2:00pm to 10:15pm, and 10:00pm to 6:15am. Roto Assembly runs from 6:00am to 2:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, and 10:00pm to 6:00am. Employees are expected to maintain a tidy workspace and adhere to safety standards.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
