Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, responsible for welding metal components according to precise specifications using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques. You will play a crucial role in reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling and fitting metal parts, and ensuring the quality of your work meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

+ Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

+ Assemble and fit metal parts together using welding equipment.

+ Perform quality checks to ensure work meets AWS D1.1 standards.

+ Operate machinery and tools including forklifts, plasma cutters, and robotic welding systems.

+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team success.

Essential Skills

+ Basic understanding of MIG and Arc welding techniques.

+ Ability to read and apply basic blueprints and welding symbols.

+ Attention to safety and willingness to improve skills through training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Experience with stainless steel, flux core, fitting, and grinding.

+ Completion of minimum required training and certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
