Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment and assisting with the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. You will also source and order components for equipment in case of faults, and develop a preventative maintenance SOP to reduce equipment downtime.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment.

+ Create and manage documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance.

+ Source and order necessary components for equipment repairs.

+ Develop and implement a preventative maintenance SOP based on common equipment errors.

+ Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.

+ Perform PLC troubleshooting and debugging.

Essential Skills

+ Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with PLC control and debugging.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with Allen-Bradley systems and conveyers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in Mechatronics preferred.

+ Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance reporting.

+ Ability to maintain detailed maintenance documentation.

Work Environment

Work in an assembly-type environment with metal detectors and screening prior to entering the facility. The warehouse is temperature-controlled, and no PPE is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
