    Coating Operator – 3rd Shift

    **Location:** Rockford, IL

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift (Overnights)

    **Pay:** $34/hr + 15% Shift Premium

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Operate and monitor coating equipment used in metal decorating processes

    + Set up and adjust machinery based on job specifications and coating requirements

    + Ensure consistent application of coatings with attention to quality and detail

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

    + Work closely with press operators and quality control to meet production goals

    + Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols

    Ideal Candidate:

    + Experience in **printing, press operation, or coating systems** (metal or paper)

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Ability to read and interpret production specs and quality standards

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, overnight manufacturing environment

    + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability

    The pay range for this position is $72633.60 - $82388.80/yr.
