    Description

    We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Evening Concierge to join our client's premier residential community in Bethesda, Md. As the first point of contact for residents and their guests during evening hours, you will ensure a welcoming, secure, and smooth experience while upholding the property’s high standards of hospitality and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.

    • Manage the front desk and maintain lobby presence throughout the shift.

    • Assist residents with inquiries, directions, reservations, deliveries, and general requests.

    • Coordinate package acceptance, logging, and notifications to residents.

    • Monitor property access, verify visitors, and enforce building security protocols.

    • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails in a timely and courteous manner.

    • Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and records of resident interactions.

    • Support property management team with administrative tasks as assigned.

    • Respond promptly to emergencies or resident concerns and communicate with appropriate staff or emergency services.

    • Assist with vendor and contractor check-ins, ensuring proper authorization and compliance with property policies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with property management software.

    • Knowledge of the local area, services, and amenities a plus.

    • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

    Working Environment

    • Professional luxury residential setting with a focus on high-touch resident services.

    • Evening hours with one weekend day coverage.

    • Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
