Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to support essential financial processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accuracy in billing and data entry. Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and within deadlines.

• Manage billing operations, including the preparation and verification of invoices.

• Enter financial data into systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Handle invoice processing tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting.

• Work with OnBase software to manage document workflows and financial approvals.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

• Support audits and reporting requirements by providing accurate financial documentation.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).

• Strong skills in billing and invoice processing.

• Experience with data entry and maintaining financial accuracy.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets and performing calculations.

• Knowledge of OnBase software and workflow management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
