•** **What You’ll Be Doing

+ Perform **MIG welding** on steel building materials.

+ Read and interpret **blueprints** to fabricate metal structures.

+ Execute production tasks for metal buildings with accuracy.

+ Utilize **TIG welding** , **spray arc** , and **steel fabrication** techniques.

+ Ensure all welding work meets strict quality standards.

•** **What You Bring

+ Proficiency in **MIG welding** .

+ Ability to read and interpret **blueprints** .

+ Experience in **metal building production** .

+ Skills in **TIG welding** , **spray arc** , and **steel fabrication** .

•** **Bonus Skills

+ Experience with **TIG, stick, and flux welding** .

+ Must own a **welding hood** .

+ **Monday–Friday:** 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1-hour lunch, then 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

+ **Occasional Saturdays:** 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

+ Average **54 hours/week** in a dynamic manufacturing facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.00/hr.
