**Location:** Affton, MO

**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

**Pay:** \$17–\$20/hr

Are you detail-oriented and ready to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment? We’re looking for **Production Workers** to join our team at a thriving food manufacturing facility. Your work will directly contribute to producing high-quality products that make a difference.

• What You’ll Do:

+ Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger system

+ Operate bagger software and perform light equipment maintenance

+ Ensure proper sealing and weighing of products

+ Work with panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, and packaging

+ Mix, batch, pan, and pack products

+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

+ Verify labeling and measure/weigh products into pre-made boxes

+ Mix and blend ingredients per instructions

+ Use pallet jacks and perform assembly tasks

• What You Bring:

+ Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, or blending

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred)

+ Demonstrated drive and ambition to grow within the company

• Work Environment:

+ Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility

+ Temperatures may reach up to 100°F due to machinery and ovens

+ Required attire: hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats

+ **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (day and night shifts available)

+ Extended periods of standing required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
