Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to work with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The role involves performing quality checks and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel using TIG welding techniques.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
+ Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Skills in quality control, including inspecting work and identifying defects.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and decision-making.
+ Effective communication skills for interaction with team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Manual dexterity and strength for handling materials and operating tools.
+ Physical stamina to work in demanding conditions, including standing and lifting.
+ Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated with welding technologies.
+ Leadership skills to mentor and train less experienced welders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.94 - $46.28/hr.
