Job Title: Production Worker

Pay: $26 and bump up $5-7 after 120 working days

Job Description

The individual working in this position will handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This requires operating equipment within a controlled environment, such as a clean room setting, to mix, batch, or package bulk products into smaller units. The operator will adjust equipment based on batch size, temperatures, and run times. Adherence to specific SOPs and work instructions is essential to perform the role effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Operate equipment in a clean room environment to mix, batch, or package chemical products.

+ Adjust equipment settings based on batch size, temperature, and run time requirements.

+ Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure product quality and safety.

+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment and record operating data.

+ Document test results, instrument readings, shipping and receiving paperwork, and inspection reports.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.

+ 1+ year of experience in a GMP environment such as food, chemical, or medical.

+ 1 year of experience working from work orders.

+ Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Proficiency in computer usage, including typing, email, and shipping software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience in a medical, chemical, or food environment with product mixing or weighing.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and well-lit, requiring full gowning to blend products. It is a smaller area within the building, providing a comfortable working atmosphere. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
