Job Title: Full-Time Residential & Commercial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painters to lead painting projects for industrial and commercial clients. Our projects focus on both new construction and existing buildings, with a majority of work being on interior walls, though exterior painting is also involved. The role involves applying various paint coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns, primarily within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

+ Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients.

+ Specialize in interior and exterior painting for new and existing buildings.

+ Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.

+ Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.

+ Ensure quality preparation and clean-up of job sites.

+ Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of painting experience.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, painting, staining, and paint prep.

+ Experience with airless spray painting and sanding.

+ Knowledge of construction and drywall processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with multi-family and office buildings.

+ Previous foreman experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

Contractors will report to various job sites, working in a team environment that varies in size based on project needs. The core working hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with some flexibility for later hours and occasional Saturdays as needed. Dress code is casual with jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites, and the team is held to deadlines to ensure project completion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
