Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
Join our dynamic manufacturing facility as a CNC Operator, where you will be instrumental in operating a cell that includes mills, lathes, CNC saws, and broaches. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of raw materials needed for production, perform minor quality control on finished parts, and conduct first piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a cell consisting of mills, lathes, CNC saws, and broaches.
+ Work collaboratively with departments to secure necessary raw materials.
+ Perform minor quality control checks on finished parts.
+ Conduct first piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Perform 1-3 machine setups per shift with support from team leaders as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of CNC machining experience with mills or lathes.
+ Proven ability to perform offsets and tooling changes.
+ Ability to read and understand in-depth blueprints, including GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ NIMS certifications.
+ Experience with HAAS machinery on the mill side.
+ Experience with Mori machinery on the lathe side.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
