**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

Are you ready to jumpstart your career in manufacturing? We’re looking for **Electrical Assemblers** who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. Whether you have basic production experience or hands-on electrical skills, we want to meet you!

•️ What You’ll Do:

+ Wire control panels daily using blueprints and ladder diagrams.

+ Gather necessary wires and supplies for each project.

+ Assemble panels following specific guidelines.

+ Assist in fabricating electrical cabinets using hand tools.

+ Perform visual inspections and quality checks.

• Who We’re Looking For:

+ Entry-level candidates with **any production or manufacturing experience** .

+ Willingness to work **55+ hours per week** .

+ Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.

• Work Environment:

+ Climate-controlled facility.

+ Weekly facility tours available for candidates to explore the workspace before starting.

+ Immediate start available!

• Shift & 💵 Pay:

+ **2nd Shift:** 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday

+ **Pay:** \$22/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
