    • About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a skilled and self-driven **Field Service Technician** to join our team and provide on-site repair and maintenance for a wide range of material handling equipment. You’ll travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, and floor care machines. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working independently, this role is for you.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

    + Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on customer equipment

    + Travel to customer sites and deliver professional, timely service

    + Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members

    • What You Bring

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic or technician

    + 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience (automotive or industrial equipment)

    + Proven ability to repair hydraulic and pneumatic components

    + Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

    + Personal set of hand tools

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Experience working independently in the field

    + Familiarity with basic computer systems and software

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $76960.00/yr.
