Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with over three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling and testing products, as well as blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

+ Support and fill in for various hourly positions using general mechanical and electrical skills.

+ Operate machines and tools such as band saws, plasma cutters, stick welders, mig welders, and more.

+ Assemble and test manufactured products.

+ Perform repairs and calibration of products.

+ Work according to work orders, engineering designs, schematics, and specifications.

+ Record test results and document as-built features when necessary.

+ Collaborate with Engineering on prototype development projects.

+ Perform other assigned duties.

+ Work overtime as required.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience as a Technician in a manufacturing environment.

+ 3+ years of experience assembling and testing products.

+ 3+ years of blueprint reading experience.

+ Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

+ Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to multi-task.

+ Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.

+ Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

+ Experience in assembly, sub-assembly, rotomold trimming, parts washing, and material handling is beneficial.

Openings are available on all three shifts with a training period on the first shift. Employees on the third shift receive a shift differential.

This is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
