Job Title: Digital Press Operator

Job Description

As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining small format printing equipment. Your role will include setting up and calibrating digital printing machines to ensure optimal print quality, as well as performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.

Responsibilities

+ Load and adjust printing materials, including paper and ink, to ensure optimal print quality.

+ Set up and calibrate digital printing machines according to job specifications.

+ Monitor the printing process to detect and correct errors or inconsistencies.

+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the printing equipment.

+ Troubleshoot machine malfunctions.

+ Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of digital printing experience.

+ Experience with printing press and large format printing.

+ Proficiency in machine setup and operation.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in printing or bindery machine operation is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
