    _Industrial Maintenance Electrician - 1st Shift - Pay up to $40/hr_

    **Location:** Euclid, OH

    **Shift:** 1st - (6am to 2:30pm)

    **Pay:** $30-$40/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to ensure the smooth operation of all electrical aspects within our facility. The ideal candidate will maintain both machine and facility systems while troubleshooting and repairing electrical components.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain all electrical aspects of the facility, including machines and infrastructure.

    + Troubleshoot PLCs from brands such as Siemens and GE.

    + Work with voltages ranging from 240v to 480v, 3-phase.

    + Perform troubleshooting using a multimeter.

    + Rewire DC Motors as required.

    + Operate and maintain boilers and steam equipment, including running tests of boiler and process water.

    + Operate, change over, set, repair, and improve fillers and packaging equipment, and support auxiliary equipment operations.

    + Maintain logs and record labor, materials, and equipment used.

    + Calibrate and check instruments regularly.

    + Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.

    + Make immediate decisions on equipment safety and operational status, including hydrogen atmosphere furnaces.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical maintenance experience with up to 480v, 3-phase.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting with a multimeter.

    + Experience troubleshooting PLCs from brands like Siemens or GE.

    + High School or Vocational School Diploma and/or GED.

    + 3-5 years of maintenance experience.

    + Ability to decide on equipment safety and shutdowns.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with shop math and trades training.

    + Boiler Operator license preferred.

    + Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic engineering drawings.

    + PLC Controls programming experience is a plus.

    + Excellent understanding of safety rules in an industrial setting.

    + Familiarity with industrial and electrical laws.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
