Job Title: Lead Electrician/Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician/Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Columbus, OH market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading electrical crews, delegating tasks, and working hands-on from the start of projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage electrical crews effectively.

+ Delegate tasks efficiently to team members.

+ Work hands-on from the start to the completion of projects.

+ Read and interpret electrical blueprints accurately.

+ Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of journeyman level electrical experience in commercial projects.

+ Proven experience in running and leading electrical teams.

+ Ability to read electrical blueprints and delegate tasks effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA10 certification is a plus.

+ Journeyman certification is advantageous.

+ Aerial Lift Certification is beneficial.

+ Fire alarm license is a plus.
