Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's production for leading automotive brands

+ We are seeking a skilled individual for our 2nd shift to support both the molding and assembly sides of our plant

Job Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting on thermolators, water systems, and piping

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including tracking & tracing, and control panel analysis for 240V & 480V systems

+ Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and assembly machines

+ Utilize computer systems to manage preventive maintenance tasks and track progress

+ Troubleshoot and maintain robotics systems, specifically Sepro and Fanuc robots

+ Diagnose and resolve issues with gears, pumps, and motors

+ Work collaboratively with the Controls Engineer for PLC troubleshooting and rewriting control panels

Essential Skills

+ 3 - 4 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and reading electrical drawings

+ Comfortable using a computer for learning and applying preventive maintenance programs

+ Experience with robotics systems, particularly Sepro and Fanuc

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
