    We’re looking for a driven Associate Global Brand Manager to support our Surgical Structural Heart portfolio. This role involves shaping and executing global brand strategies to boost awareness and engagement. You’ll lead innovative campaigns—such as peer-to-peer surgeon interviews—and collaborate cross-functionally to bring impactful initiatives to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop innovative marketing campaigns based on global strategies

    • Coordinate peer-to-peer digital content planning and lead surgeon interview filming, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance standards

    • Assist in shaping campaign strategy by contributing insights and feedback during planning sessions and creative reviews

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Scientific Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Corporate Brand—to align on campaign messaging

    • Manage relationships with external ad agency partners to ensure alignment to strategy and excellence in campaign execution

    • Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback to inform future initiatives and optimizations

    What You'll Need (Required):

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field; 3 years of previous related experience required, or

     

    Master's Degree or equivalent in related field; 1 year of previous related experience required.

     

    Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred.

     

    Must be local to Orange County, CA and on-site, NOT HYBRID

    • Knowledge and understanding of brand communication channels; print, digital and new media production

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

    • Proactively gain product knowledge through all available sources

    • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners

     

    Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

     

    For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced).

     

    The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
