This position is ideal for someone starting their career in Human Resources with a passion for data, reporting, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

+ Gather and compile HR data from various sources. Skilled in data cleaning/massaging, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data. Researching and resolving data issues, which could include reaching out to HRBPs for data corrections.

+ Support compliance/government reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Compliance:

+ Willingness to learn regulations for Federal Contractors to ensure HR practices align with employment laws, company policies, and regulations for Federal Contractors by monitoring data related to compliance efforts.

Misc:

+ Poster Compliance

+ Help desk tickets

+ Unemployment hearings

+ Translations

+ Global Holiday Calendar

+ Other departmental needs as required

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience

+ 2 – 4 years of experience in HR/Data

+ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

+ Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Fountain) is a bonus.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

+ Excellent communication, follow through, and organizational skills.
