From your PASSION to ours
Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an E-Commerce Analyst based in Bedford, NH.
The E-Commerce Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions for Lactalis US Yogurt by managing e-commerce reporting and analytics and providing real-time insights into digital shelf performance. This role ensures that e-commerce initiatives align with company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), while collaborating closely with the E-Commerce Reporting & Analytics Manager, omnichannel team members, and field sales teams. This position reports to the E-Commerce Content & Analytics Manager and offers exposure to cross-functional teams and high-visibility projects.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
+ Regularly report on digital commerce performance, including data quality metrics, risks, opportunities, and key successes, to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce initiatives.
+ Lead acquisition and integration of new data sources (content, digital shelf, marketing effectiveness, sales).
+ Partner with brokers, account teams, and other parties to acquire customer-level e-commerce data (omni-point of sale (POS), online category share).
+ Leverage Application Programming Interface (APIs) for automated data uploads.
+ Influence integration of new data sources into Lactalis US Yogurt (LUSY) systems and processes.
+ Contribute to centralized e-commerce sales and digital shelf scorecards.
+ Coordinate with vendors to create simple and effective processes to support Lactalis online sales initiatives across business units.
+ Participate in regular e-commerce discussions to share best practices, vendor issues, common challenges, case studies, etc. to leverage knowledge across Lactalis North America.
WORK CONDITIONS
+ Travel as needed to support business objectives.
+ Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs.

+ This position requires physical presence in the office, in accordance with the guidelines of the Hybrid Work Policy (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
From your STORY to ours
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Business Administration, Digital Media, or Data Analytics is preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or data analytics within a CPG or retail environment is preferred.
+ Familiarity with online retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Instacart is a plus.
+ Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, and e-commerce dashboards.
+ Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, HH Panel, Spins) is a plus.
+ Develop, analyze, and interpret data to produce effective sales reports that inform business decisions.
+ Plan, implement, and manage initiatives to execute the sales strategy successfully.
+ Understand customer needs, expectations, and financial drivers to develop strategic plans and move from transactional relationships to long-term partnerships.
+ Perform comprehensive business analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data for financial, operational, and administrative reporting.
+ Analyze complex data and situations, identify causes and effects, and select the most relevant information to make informed decisions.
+ Set priorities and allocate time and resources efficiently to achieve objectives with structure and rigor.
+ Take a holistic and systematic approach to strategic issues, providing clear insight and vision for future opportunities.
+ Demonstrate curiosity and openness to new ideas, learning from the business environment to support growth and innovation.
+ Apply emotional intelligence to communicate effectively, empathize with others, manage challenges, and resolve conflicts constructively.
