Description

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for complex product areas within a growing digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about mentoring others and shaping UX best practices.

Duration: Ongoing contract with potential to convert

Responsibilities

+ Lead design for major product features or entire product areas.

+ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for quality.

+ Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions.

+ Extend and evolve the design system while maintaining creativity.

+ Drive rapid prototyping and iterative user testing.

+ Integrate AI-enabled tools to accelerate design and validation.

+ Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX strategy.

+ Collaborate with UX Research to apply data-driven insights.

+ Influence product roadmaps with evidence-based design recommendations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCD, or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years of UX/product design experience in complex platforms.

+ Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

+ Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.

+ Experience leading usability testing and applying research insights.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience with AI-driven design tools or predictive UX workflows.

+ Background in construction tech, CAD, or BIM software.

+ Experience mentoring or training junior designers.
