**SALARY:** $52,000 - $58,500

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a key member of the BioSolutions team as a Senior Analyst, this role supports testing and projects across diverse areas including BERS, Protein, Microbiology, and Mashing. It collaborates closely with breweries, NAZ, and Global partners to drive trials, integrate new technologies, improve processes, and troubleshoot challenges. This position demands a high level of technical expertise and innovation and is a great opportunity to grow your career!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Adherence to all safety protocols
+ Perform work conforming to ISO 17025 standards
+ Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses of products using standard operating procedures.
+ Operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively to conduct testing.
+ Maintain records of all quality activities as documented in procedures and test methods
+ Record, analyze, and report test results to Manager in a timely manner.
+ Keep a clean and well-organized laboratory and office space, presenting Good Lab Practices (GLP)
+ Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated, reporting all deficiencies (e.g., equipment malfunctions) in the appropriate manner
+ Maintain up-to-date documents for chemical testing methods and activities.
+ Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies in laboratory.
+ Prioritize workload
+ Identify, record, and correct nonconformities
+ Improve laboratory and/or quality activities on a continuous basis.
+ Weekly reporting of time breakout by job duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field or have equivalent experience relevant to position
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
+ Excellent computer proficiency (Minitab, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Must be able to work to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude being able to work as a team
+ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
+ Familiarity with LIMS system preferred
