    What are your contributions to the team?

     

    + Manage events, activities, and conferences for interns during their internship

    + Interact with interns through various activities in order to improve the overall internship experience

    + Participate in improving projects and documentation for best practices

    + Analyze surveys and put into action recommendations

    + Participate in projects in relation to diversity and inclusion (D&I)

    + Manage the “Women in Engineering” program in partnership with D&I

    + Support the team with their visibility on campus

    + Interact, train and support managers throughout the internship program

     

    How to thrive in this role?

     

    + You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication

    + You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365

    + You are a great team player and possess good interpersonal skills

    + You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French)

    + You are thorough and meticulous and have rigorous work ethics

    + You are organized and well structured

    + You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor

    + You are creative and proactive in problem solving

    + You can maintain strict confidentiality when required
