Position Summary
TPA & Payer Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Analyst for IT Production Ops** to support essential IT functions across four lines of business: Meritain, American Health Holdings, Network Account Business, and First Health. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in IT operations and service management.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management
+ Assist in tracking IT application and software using inventory tools.
+ Help ensure assets comply with company policies and licensing requirements.
+ Support efforts to improve asset usage and reduce costs.
Incident Management
+ Log and categorize IT issues using ticketing systems.
+ Communicate with team members and users during incident resolution.
+ Learn to identify patterns in incidents and suggest improvements.
Problem Management
+ Participate in investigations to understand recurring issues.
+ Help document known problems and solutions in a shared knowledge base.
+ Monitor systems and report potential issues to senior staff.
Change Management
+ Assist in documenting planned changes to systems and applications.
+ Help communicate changes to relevant teams and users.
+ Support post-change reviews and maintain records.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
+ Help maintain documentation for backup and recovery procedures.
+ Participate in testing of recovery plans and report findings.
+ Follow communication protocols during system disruptions.
Required Qualifications
+ 0–3 years of experience in IT or technical support.
+ Strong interest in IT operations and service management.
+ Good communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
+ Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (certification a plus but not required).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
Education
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
+ Equivalent technical training or certifications will be considered.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $40.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
