Key Responsibilities:

+ Process, track, and manage customer invoices efficiently and accurately.

+ Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely receipt of client payments while maintaining adherence to company policies.

+ Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed.

+ Prepare accurate financial reports relating to accounts receivable and present findings to stakeholders.

+ Communicate proactively with clients and internal colleagues to follow up on collections and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.

+ Proven ability to manage large volumes of financial data with precision.

+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
