Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a dynamic and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
+ Resolve safety concerns promptly and efficiently.
+ Conduct indoor and outdoor housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ Monitor inventory supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
+ Experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
+ Preferred knowledge of boilers and HVAC systems.
+ Experience with welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.

Work Environment
Work in an industrial laundry facility, primarily on the maintenance team, repairing washers, dryers, and conveyor systems. The role requires wearing protective shoes, ear plugs, and safety glasses. The position is on the third shift, from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $72800.00/yr.
