Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components of Industrial Power Systems.

• Work with sheet metal to construct enclosures.

• Use hand and power tools, including drills, tape measures,

screwdrivers, wrenches, and impact tools.

• Follow blueprints to assemble units.

• Collaborate with team members for efficient assembly.

• Stand, stoop, and bend throughout the shift to access various

parts of the units.

• Perform some assembly tasks inside units approximately 8 feet

tall.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred.

• Blueprint reading skills are a plus.

• This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a pay raise,

a permanent employee. Profit-sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly and

typically amount to about $1 extra per hour.

Work Environment

• The work environment is a large, open bay production facility

with multiple workstations and bays.

• The production floor is not climate-controlled, though

industrial-sized ceiling fans help with air circulation.

• Safety is a priority, with mandatory safety shoes, safety

glasses, and ear plugs in louder areas around CNC machinery and fabrication equipment.

Shift

First shift and second shift available

Monday - Friday

Must be open to OT that will be needed on weekdays not weekends.

+ Must be open to working up to 10 hour shifts leaving at the latest

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
