Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal operation and safety of equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform necessary adjustments to equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation and longevity of equipment.
+ Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance services as needed.
+ Utilize hand tools, blueprints, and schematics for effective maintenance and repairs.
+ Handle facility management tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the production area.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance techniques.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Experience with blueprint and schematic interpretation.
+ Capability to use hand tools effectively.
+ Experience in industrial settings for maintenance tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in facility management, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
+ Ability to work independently in a production environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $57000.00/yr.
