**Location:** Fairfield, NJ

**Position:** Customer Service Admin

**Shift:** 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

**Pay:** $23/hour ; Overtime: $34.50/hour

Job Description

As a Shipping Clerk, you will work with the ERP system (Inflow) and Excel to process, track, and expedite customer orders, ensuring accuracy with both machines and parts. You will address shipment and delivery inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and maintain excellent records.

Responsibilities

+ Process, track, and expedite customer orders for machines and parts using ERP and Excel.

+ Address shipment and delivery inquiries promptly.

+ Follow up with internal support teams and customers as necessary.

+ Monitor and follow up on backorders with Inventory Management.

+ Proactively offer parts to customers and follow up on these offers.

+ Maintain precise and thorough records of all shipping activities.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient processes.

+ Coordinate tasks for special projects.

+ Submit and follow up on customer timelines and communicate any changes.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in using ERP systems and Excel.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent organization and time management skills.

+ Computer literacy with strong analytical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred.

+ Effective human relations skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
