    Description

    We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing company in Miami Gardens. This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service or office experience who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner

    + Process orders, update account information, and resolve customer issues

    + Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

    + Provide administrative support as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ year of customer service or administrative experience

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Strong attention to detail and organization

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
