    We are looking for a success-driven Customer Service Representative to join a company in West Des Moines, IA. As part of this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for members of various associations helping them with questions regarding their insurance policies. This position emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and a solution-driven approach to customer interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound calls from association members regarding their dental and vision coverage.

    • Process payments and provide detailed information on rates and plans.

    • Submit coverage changes and updates promptly and accurately.

    • Direct members to insurance carriers for claim-related inquiries.

    • Deliver exceptional service by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of coverage policies to ensure accurate information is shared.
