Job Title: Production Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Production Quality Inspector, you will be crucial in ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality standards. This position involves inspecting components, assemblies, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed inspections of mechanical and electronic components during various stages of production.
+ Use visual inspection and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify product dimensions.
+ Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with the quality management system.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection tools and equipment.
+ Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, organized, quiet, and well-lit, with individual workstations. The schedule is 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of State College, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
