**💼 Position:** Industrial Painter

**📍 Location:** Shady Grove, Pennsylvania

• Shift Details:

+ **Training Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **Actual Shift:** Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ 👉 **Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!**

**💰 Pay Rate:** **$20–$21/hour** (based on experience)

•** **Job Responsibilities:

+ Sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying industrial components.

+ Read tape measures (metric & standard).

+ Operate electric hand grinders and overhead cranes.

+ Perform sand/shot blasting.

+ Maintain production standards and quality control.

•** **Requirements:

+ **3–6 months** of industrial painting experience **OR** completion of a paint certification course.

+ Ability to read tape measures in both metric and standard units.

+ Knowledge of HVLP, spray, electrostatic, and blasting techniques.

+ Experience with electric hand grinding and overhead crane operation.

+ Solid work history (minimum 6 months).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.25/hr.
