Job Title: Brake Press Operator
Job Description
This machine operating role in a manufacturing company is designed to support the team by ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for the internal manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
+ Operate various machines in the fabrication department, including presses, shears, notchers, and punch presses.
+ Read and interpret prints to set start/stops on machines and operate them to cut metal sheets to specification.
+ Measure accurately using a tape measurer.
+ Lift 25-50 pounds consistently.
+ Use quality instruments to ensure standards of fabricated sheet metal are met.
Essential Skills
+ Experience operating presses or shears.
+ Experience working with sheet metal.
+ Ability to accurately use a tape measurer.
+ Ability to lift 25-50 pounds consistently.
+ Ability to use hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Own steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
