Job Description
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to work on a variety of projects including retail stores, multi-family condominiums, and apartments. All projects will be in vacant buildings, ensuring a focused work environment. The role involves both framing and finishing carpentry tasks and is expected to last for 4-6 months.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with framing carpentry tasks.
+ Perform finishing carpentry work.
+ Work collaboratively on various construction projects including retail and residential buildings.
Essential Skills
+ 2-5 years of steady work experience in carpentry.
+ Proficiency in roughing and finishing carpentry tasks.
+ Dependability, punctuality, and productivity in the workplace.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working with multi-family and commercial construction projects is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off unless hours need to be made up due to inclement weather. Typical work hours are from 6 am to 4:30 pm or 6:30 am to 5 pm. The company engages in residential remodeling, commercial, and multi-family projects, working as a subcontractor with large General Contracting companies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
