Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician where you will be responsible for the deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators. Your role will include working with standard, special, and custom accumulators, and ensuring that all inspection and test reports are accurately completed and filed.

Responsibilities

+ Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators.

+ Assist with detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators.

+ Complete and file inspection and test reports.

+ Maintain tools and assembly equipment, reporting any malfunctions.

+ Perform or assist with final product operations including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating.

+ Work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals.

+ Utilize basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools and gauges.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints.

+ Mechanical assembly experience of around 1 year.

+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

+ Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Familiarity with wiring and assembly line processes.

+ Experience with air guns and tape measures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
