Job Title: Assembly Technician – Entry Level

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will work with a variety of hand and power tools to assemble molded plastic components. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and other tools to assemble molded plastic parts according to specifications.

+ Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.

+ Monitor and report daily production output, product quality, and any scrapped materials to the production team.

+ Provide feedback and suggestions to improve production processes and workflow efficiency.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production or assembly setting.

+ Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

+ Basic computer skills for tracking production and quality data.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with molded plastic components.

+ Familiarity with molding equipment and trimming processes.

+ Experience in quality control or inspection is a plus.

Experience Level:

Entry Level – Training provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
