Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.

+ Repair or replace defective components, including motors, gearboxes, sensors, and control systems.

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and downtime.

+ Perform preventive maintenance tasks to support overall equipment reliability.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of industrial maintenance technician experience.

+ Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including PLC control and three-phase systems.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and industrial machinery.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.90 - $37.91/hr.
