    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and responsible General Laborer to join our team. This role involves operating all areas of grain and feed receiving, storage, and handling. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective management of grain processes, including drying, blending, and quality verification.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate all areas of grain and feed receiving, storage, and handling safely.

    + Ensure proper drying of all grain received.

    + Maintain the condition of all stored grain inventories.

    + Perform proper blending, cleaning, and conditioning of grain.

    + Verify incoming grain quality through scale tickets and visual inspection.

    + Deliver products to customers' farms as needed.

    + Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and repair of grain handling and storage equipment.

    + Assist with maintenance and repair projects in other areas as scheduled.

    + Maintain housekeeping and quality assurance in all grain receiving and feed manufacturing handling areas.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
