    Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment. The successful candidate will meet or exceed company-established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and maintain customer quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose machines using PLC experience.

    + Apply strong troubleshooting techniques to determine and address problems.

    + Work with control systems and have an advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    + Perform welding tasks, with a preference for MIG welding.

    + Read and use drawings for repair and installation purposes.

    + Utilize shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drill presses, and hydraulic presses.

    + Install and support equipment effectively.

    + Perform scheduled pre-maintenance tasks and rebuilds to maintain operational equipment.

    + Comply with all company safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and high-lift/scissor-lift procedures.

    + Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, and be willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends with little notice.

    + Foster a teamwork atmosphere and effectively communicate system problems to colleagues and management.

    + Demonstrate strong computer skills.

    + Lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Experience with robotics is a plus.

    Essential Skills

    + PLC troubleshooting experience.

    + Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems expertise.

    + Strong computer proficiency.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with robotics is advantageous.

    + Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Experience in welding, preferably MIG.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
