    Job Title:** **Forklift Operator $17-18/HR

    **Job Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Shift:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

     

    Job Overview

     

    Join a clean, organized warehouse environment where you’ll primarily operate forklifts to manage dry warehouse products. You’ll be responsible for loading/unloading trucks, staging inventory, and maintaining product quality. This role offers equal responsibilities across the team, excellent training, and a supportive atmosphere with minimal micromanagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks.

    + Sort and stage dry warehouse products.

    + Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

    + Repair or report damaged products.

    Required Skills

    + Forklift operation proficiency.

    + Material handling and inventory management.

    + Strong math skills for inventory accuracy.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience using slip sheets.

    + Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

    + Reliable attendance and a conflict-free work history.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
