Description Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant provides essential support to multiple managers and contributes to the smooth functioning of the department. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing routine reports, ordering supplies, and processing expense reimbursements. The role also involves addressing routine inquiries and resolving issues using established best practices.Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments for departmental leadership
+ Assist with colleague onboarding, facilities coordination, and disaster recovery planning
+ Prepare agendas, presentations, and summary reports for team meetings and events
+ Manage office supplies and process expense reports in a timely manner
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and tact
+ Support the planning and execution of departmental events and initiatives
+ Perform a variety of administrative tasks ranging from routine to moderately complex
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support role
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
+ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
+ A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
