Responsibilities
**Meet the Recruiter:** Jenny Willhoit
Essential Duties:
+ Design, manage, implement, facilitate, and evaluate multiple talent development and training programs for support teams that drive the required performance
+ Identify training needs, develop L&D plans, and execute learning program reviews with Senior Leadership and department leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.
+ Strategically oversee curriculum and training solutions that meet current and future business requirements. Demonstrate thought leadership around program curriculum, content, and instructional design, for both live programs and online curriculum
+ Manage the local deployment of e-learning courses and local functions related to the learning management system (LMS) in conjunction with the HPC team.
+ Propose, implement drive user adoption of a Learning Management System that will support our current team size and future growth
+ Proactively manage all aspects of L&D program delivery from start to finish, including content creation, faculty coordination, project planning, logistics, and post-program follow up.
+ Manage and facilitate course content, virtual training simulations and training events
+ Manage communications with program audiences and serve as lead point of contact for program support.
+ Develop training curricula and/or recommend or utilize vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives
+ Create, analyze, and report out on training KPIs, including strategic ties to the program objectives.
+ Develop, analyze, and report out on training KPIs, to measure training needs and overall success of training programs and trainers
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
+ To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PECNA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications
Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
+ Basic/Required: Bachelor’s Degree required in Organizational Development, Org. Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
+ Preferred: Master’s degree
Essential Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
+ Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of innovative programs and products
+ Experience with Talent and OD process administration and coordination
+ Experience compiling and using analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods in reporting and analysis of cross functional efforts.
+ Strong bias towards execution and delivery.
+ Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
+ Strong Project Manager
+ Critical Evaluation & Business Acumen.
+ Experience working with HR enabling technology (such as Workday)
+ Ethical Practice.
+ Global & Cultural Awareness.
+ Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and learning management systems experience.
+ Relationship Management.
+ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
+ Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
+ Must have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
