Description:
The RBL drives regional sales by leading a team of DHE Key Account Managers and managing key accounts. This role oversees all commercial activities in the region, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a unified strategy. The RBL provides both strategic and tactical direction, ensuring alignment across functions to achieve business goals.
Essential Functions:
+ Drive regional sales performance through effective account management. Exceed sales targets by leveraging data to strategically prioritize activities and allocate resources.
+ Lead and coordinate all commercial initiatives within the region, including sales enablement, market development, customer engagement, and promotional activities. Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement an integrated strategy that drives growth, strengthens customer relationships, and aligns with broader business objectives.
+ Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive regional growth and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ To perform the essential functions of this job, this candidate may be required to register with government authorities and complete trainings as well as credentialing with industry services, which may require specific background screens, drug testing and/or proof of certain vaccinations.
